Sign up with 3 easy steps:
Step 1
Go to https://profile.mancity.com/SupportersClubs and log in with your email address or City Supporter Number and password for the City website (what you would use to access Cityzens, the City Store, ticketing, etc.)
Step 2
Once logged in, click “Select a Branch” and choose “Chicago”.
Step 3
Wait for an email from us with payment info.
